Hannah Rogg, LCMFT, LMFT, PMH-C
Hello, I’m Hannah!
I am someone who deeply believes in the healing power of connection. At this practice, my work centers on women’s mental health, with a special focus on those navigating the perinatal period. I join women in their deeply vulnerable times and offer a steady presence. Big questions, such as “why do I feel so lost” and “why do I feel so alone” are affirmed and explored with care. I consider it a profound honor to witness women step out of the darkness of their struggles and into the light of their strength, purpose, and authenticity.
Outside the therapy space, I wear many different hats: wife, mother, friend, home manager, explorer, and life-long learner. I find myself most at peace when enjoying the beauty of the natural world; while I prefer the mountains, I would never say no to the ocean. However, I am always balancing my love of being out with people and experiencing new things with the comfort of a cozy evening at home.
Professionally, I am a licensed therapist who has a background in providing therapeutic services both in outpatient and residential treatment settings. I have also been privileged to develop and provide presentations and classes on varying topics. My approach draws from Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I have completed advanced training with Postpartum Support International and the Postpartum Stress Center. Additionally, I have met the criteria to receive my Perinatal Mental Health Certification. Coupled with my perinatal training, I also bring extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy to my work.
