Alignment is a bundle of 6-8 sessions where you and your partner (though can be completed by yourself) walk through structured themes regarding welcoming a child into your family. Weekly homework leading up to each session help guide the conversations. Some topics covered are expectations, exploring family of origin's influence, individual roles, parenting approaches, communication skills, identifying support systems, and problem-solving potential obstacles. This intentional time is set aside to help you enter this next phase of life with a stronger foundation and Alignment.
